Shipping & Exchanges

1. Shipping

THE MEANING WELL ships worldwide from our London Headquarters.
Available stock (if applicable) will be dispatched within 1-2 days working days. 
Delivery time is usually 5-7 working days.
A pre-order takes between 4-6 weeks for production. 

  • Orders shipped outside of the EU may face additional taxes and duties in the country of delivery.

  • Please note that duties and taxes (and shipping costs) are not refundable.

The Customer is responsible for paying all duties and taxes separately.

2. Shipping costs

Shipping costs vary depending on size, weight and the destination of delivery. We will share all delivery options based on your order and destination prior to purchase.

3. Exchanges and Refunds

THE MEANING WELL hopes you are happy with your order. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will only offer you a refund for our shop products, an exchange or a credit note for our made to order products. Please contact us within 7 days of the date you receive the order.

For our made to order products, we are unfortunately unable to provide full refund via the original payment method. We do promise to work with you to ensure satisfaction is achieved through garment adjustments, credit note or through an item exchange. Please refer to the Exchange Process for details.   

4. Exchange and refund process

To exchange or refund an item, please email us at team@themeaningwell.com to let us know which size you wish to exchange or item you wish to refund, along with your order number. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase and authorization number, and mail your return the following address:

Customers are responsible for their own return postage fee. Returns must be sent by tracking service only. We are not responsible for any lost items during transportation.

** All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. Please also note that items must be returned with all barcode tags intact and with the dispatch note you received enclosed.

Once we have received your items, we will post the exchange item(s) within 1-2 working days if sizes/styles are available. Otherwise, the new pre-order will take 4-6 weeks for production.

5. Faulty Items

If an item is considered damaged or faulty, to be eligible for an exchange, you will need to contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide as much information and imagery as possible relating to the defect. Please email: team@themeaningwell.com and be sure to also include your name, order number and address for reference. 

Please note that we are able to track when an order has been successfully delivered, so it is always best to open and review the order as soon as possible to allow time to contact us if necessary.
